The Certificate will be delivered using Desire2Learn (D2L) course management system software. This software offers a variety of features to facilitate and enrich online teaching and learning. Some of the more important features are: online chat, presentations, external links, quizzes, discussions, internal email, etc.

Classes will include, lecture modules, quizzes, online group discussions, weekly assignments, required and self-directing readings, case presentations among others.

Each student enrolled in the course will be assigned to one MCH faculty mentor at

the University of Arizona or University of Kentucky.  The faculty member will serve as the student’s mentor throughout the course.
